## Rule

This packet does not authorize public SpaceCash mainnet, public real-money use, public ISP sales, custody, exchange, money transmission, or investment language.

SpaceCash remains a local/private devnet payment-rail candidate until the existing launch gates pass.

## What The Packet Adds

- Bitcoin/Lightning billing proof path through BTCPay.
- Optional Monero and Ethereum decisions, both deferred for phase 1.
- Two owned Fluminer T3 SHA-256 miners as infrastructure/treasury inputs.
- Mining lab plan and accounting ledgers.
- VLAN/firewall/router plan for isolated lab operation.
- ISP upstream outreach workflow.
- Support/abuse and legal review preparation.

## Key SpaceCash Decision

The two T3 miners should not drive SpaceCash protocol design. They can support treasury/accounting experiments through SHA-256 mining payouts, but they do not justify a public SHA-256 SpaceCash coin.

1. Complete physical T3 inventory.
2. Complete electrical and thermal gate.
3. Select router/firewall path.
4. Run one single-unit T3 smoke test.
5. Run BTCPay localhost-only invoice proof.
6. Collect upstream resale terms in writing.
7. Send legal/tax review packet before any friendly beta.
