Structured Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD Stages 3-5) and End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) present an interlocking pentad of vascular access failure, mitochondrial Complex IV nitric-oxide inhibition, intractable uremic pruritus, sodium-driven volume overload, and polypharmacy toxicity. This monograph and deterministic software suite unify multi-spectral photobiomodulation (311-12,000 nm), hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), receptor neurogastronomy (zero-KCl), and endocannabinoid systems pharmacology, backed by 102 open-access Europe PMC articles, 39 ClinicalTrials.gov studies, and 137 passing pytest checks.

Keywords: photobiomodulation, far-infrared therapy, arteriovenous fistula, narrowband UVB, uremic pruritus, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, neurogastronomy, endocannabinoidome, hemodialysis
